  1. By educating the Buyer on the market trend and how it will impact their pricing position when submitting an offer
  2. By preparing a Market Study on the interested property to educate them on the neighbor history and price comparison
  3. Revealing the Buyer “Competitive Position” .
  4. Strategically prepare the purchase offer by balancing the price with the “Fair Market Value”

     

    IV.  Negotiate – Securing the Sale !!!!!

  • Protecting the Buyer’s Best interest, I will skillfully package the offer upfront to eliminate issues by;
  1. Revealing the non-negotiable so they are not included and alienates the Seller.
  2. Making sure that the critical elements are included which favorably positions the Buyers offer. (Written mortgage approval, Earnest Money Deposit, Market Study)
