- By preparing a Market Study on the interested property to educate them on the neighbor history and price comparison
- Revealing the Buyer “Competitive Position” .
- Strategically prepare the purchase offer by balancing the price with the “Fair Market Value”

- Protecting the Buyer’s Best interest, I will skillfully package the offer upfront to eliminate issues by;
- Revealing the non-negotiable so they are not included and alienates the Seller.
- Making sure that the critical elements are included which favorably positions the Buyers offer. (Written mortgage approval, Earnest Money Deposit, Market Study)
