My Philosophy About You...

First, let me thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read about me. You have the choice of literally a million real estate agents in this country and you’ve found yourself here.  That’s a great start for both of us and looking forward to working with you.

My name is JoAnn and it’s important that you understand who I am and what makes me different.  I am foremost a Wife and Mother. My Husband, Calvin, and I have been married for over 35 years.  I am a Native New Yorker and have live in Montgomery County, Maryland for 28 years.  We have hectic lives just like you. We have raised three successful adult children, and living by our faith every day. Nothing is more important than that. Sure, I know that it’s not a good business practice to tell a potential client that there is something more important than you.  What you need to understand is that my passion for my faith and my family is what makes me understand your needs better. 

My “Why” ??

Let me explain to you what I feel makes me different and “why” I perform as I do as a Real Estate Professional.  There are three things that I feel makes me different than most agents. First, my philosophy and my approach to this business.  I approach my business more as a consultant, educating and guiding versus the typical salesperson, selling and pressuring.  I just don’t sell Real Estate, but more importantly I help people change their lives.  Yes, I assist people in buying and selling homes, but I see it more as helping people move forward in their lives.  I do this by fulfilling the role of being my clients, “Trusted Advisor”.  My purpose is to help my Clients make “Good Decisions” that are Best for them.

Second, I am a member of a quality company that believes as I do.  That is that I maintain the highest Standards of Honesty & Integrity. My Company as I also  believe in always putting our Clients first, is advanced in it’s Technology, is a Full Service Company and has Market Success.  What this means to my Clients is that they are assured they will receive the highest level of Quality Service.

Third, In my 27 years in the Real Estate business, I have learned to create a “Successful Sale” for my Clients versus “Just” a Sale. My Responsibility is to assure my Clients experience an “On Time Sale, with the Fewest Problems and to receive the Most Money the market will allow or the Best Price for my Buyer Clients.
